What is NeuroKinetic Therapy and how we use it?
NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) is a muscle testing system used to find imbalances of the muscles in your body.
Imbalances accrued over time is what causes chronic pain. Some muscles are working too much and other muscles are not working enough to support the body. Causing instability, compensations and pain over time.
Most of the time we just stretch, massage and treat the area that is hurting, but the results don't always last, and the pain comes back. If you have experienced this. It usually means that we have not activated the supporting muscles after it has been released. With NKT, we find which supporting muscles need to be activated. That is what makes a much longer lasting relief.
What is great about NKT is that you feel the muscle activate IMMEDIATELY, and in many cases. The pain disappears or massively decreases almost instantly. It's one of those things where you must feel and experience yourself to believe it works.
But it doesn't end there, just because you're out of pain doesn't mean that it will stay that way. The body still needs to LEARN how to STAY out of pain.
That's why our RRAMP method was created. Which means Release, Reset, Activate, Move and Progress.
This is the system we use in our facility, and has been working really well to teach the body how to stay out of pain, or at least learn how to manage it, get stronger, more mobile and progressively feel better.
